Fall is here and in full swing. Like most people, I love the changing colors of the leaves. It’s one of my favorite times of the year to go on nature walks.
Until I get the “big girl DSLR camera” I’m dreaming of, I do the best I can to capture the colors of the season with my smartphone ๐
Some of the greens lower to the ground are still very vibrant right now.
I think I waited too long to take pictures of the trees because I was too busy admiring them in person so the yellows on these trees have already graduated to oranges.
Still beautiful though! ๐
This is me trying to create a dramatic effect with the sunlight streaming through the spaces between the leaves.
The squirrels that live in that particular tree were starting to get a bit territorial and I didn’t want to risk having my eyeballs scratched out… Or rabies… Who knows…
The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance ~ Aristotleย
